Today DIY Network Star Amy Matthews and HomeAdvisor CEO Chris Terrill announced the launch of HomeAdvisor, formerly ServiceMagic, a newly re-launched website that connects homeowners with pre-screened and customer-rated service professionals.


HomeAdvisor offers the Home911 mobile app, which enables homeowners to take control of any home repair emergency by giving access to recommended, background-checked service professionals, as well as live 24/7 support with the Home911 Homeowner Emergency Line.

HomeAdvisor Home911’s features include:

• 24/7 access to The Home911 Homeowner Emergency Line that can connect the homeowner with a HomeAdvisor pre-screened professional that can help immediately.
• Stores a contact list of your trusted service pros.
• Useful tips to help solve home problem.

HomeAdvisor’s Home911 is free for homeowners to access, with no membership or fees required. Available in the iTunes store.
