I admit when I was first sent this plankton net I thought what on earth!? Now after using it we can't wait to use it again! We have used our plankton net at the beach and have seen some amazing sea life including tiny little jellyfish that we were not able to see to the naked eye without viewing in the magnified bottle. Plus the laminated guide is super helpful so that you can match up what you find to the sheet to learn more about it! The bottles contained several little jellyfish, explained why there wasn't too many people in the ocean! Even the adults were enjoying the plankton net! It was a fun hands-on learning for the kids and adults!
