UBISOFT Releases Poptropica Adventures DS
When it comes to Nintendo DS games, I think we have a million.It's tough to decide what game is right for my daughter who is six and new to gaming. She has been borrowing her brother's DS a lot lately, so I was not surprised when she wanted to play Poptropica Adventures as soon as it arrived. She is a huge fan of Poptropica online andwanted to see how it compared on this take along version for Nintendo DS.Poptropica Adventures is rated E for Everyone. Yeah! I lovegames rated E! I call them my "Worry-Free" games!I could tell just from the cover that our entire family wouldjust love this game, but you can never be too sure so we jumped right into game play.Emily was happy to see all of her favorite Poptropica Characters right on the DS. The game is based within the Poptropica museum. The museum is found in ruinsand needs the help of the player to help get it back on track.During the game you have to search for missing artifacts from the museum. This will help therestoration of the museum to take place and get it back to operational order.You can travel to three separate and exciting islands so you can collect all the missingartifacts. Each island has its own theme and unique adventures. Along the way you will meet up with some interesting charactersand help to solve puzzles. We all loved the mini games. They were as much fun for a six year old as they were to my teenage son and of course myself. I always have to check out the game and usually end up playing much longerthan I initially think I am going to. I guess I have been a gamer for more yearsthan I actually care to admit.I think what the kids and I really like most about Poptropica Adventures isthe individual approach the game has for everyone. You can put your own spin on things by creating your own avatar with your choice of hairstyle, clothes, and more.Each one is unique and can reflect your own personal style!Poptropica Adventures is a definite YES in our book!If you are looking for an amusing game that will entertain you for hours, this is perfect for you.This game is great gift for friends and family!You can check out the video below. Well, I have to admit, I was not always a fan of Rabbids, but my two sons have convinced me to change my mind. They put me up to playing a game or two of Rabbids and nowI am completely hooked on these little crazy and completely hilarious Rabbids!So, along with the children, I could not wait to get acrack at testing out Rabbids Rumble for Nintendo 3DS.Rated E 10+ for everyone ages 10 and up.Some younger children may really enjoy this game, too. My six year old daughter loves the Rabbids and she laughs and laughs at their antics.Now, if you are already a Rabbids fan, you must get your handson this title! You'll absolutely fall in love with it.
The beginning of Rabbids Rumble is hilarious asall the Rabbids are let loose. It's your goal to recover them.They have escaped into seven different worlds. You can set outplaying solo or using Nintendo Streetpass to enter the worlds as you search for the missing Rabbids. The game has stunning 3D graphics in which you feel that the Rabbidsare going to jump right out of your 3DS screen and start screaming in your ears.
Each one of these crazy Rabbids has to be caughtand each one has its own combat material. They each have unique fighting stylesin which they battle other characters. Every fight is a unique experience!Check out the trailer below to really get into the action:

Recently my family was asked to review Just Dance Disney Party. Yes! Yes! and Yes!We love Disney and we love to dance, a perfect combo!Disney is a big name in our house. Our family equates the word with FUN, so when we heard there would be a Just Dance party coming out that was full of Disney music we could not wait to get our hands on it. This game is available for XBOX 360 Kinect and Nintendo Wii and filled with more magical fun than you can handle! If your family is like mine, you already know all the Disney songs and now you can sing and dance to them in this great new game. Although it was fun for my six year old daughter to shake itto her favorite Disney tunes, I have to admit that her older brother and dad and me all had to get in on the Disney dance craze. Honestly, it is very very tough to resist dancing to these upbeat and catchy tunes. There are twenty five brand new dance routines and songsthat include Classic Disney and Disney Channel.You can play Just Dance Disney Party by yourself or with up to atotal of four people.I also loved how there's a play list to choose from and also how the lyrics can be seen on screen (your choice).So coming from a parent's point of view, it's even a learning tool!How can you go wrong with this game?Dancing, Singing, Reading lyrics, Family fun?This game got an A+ in our house!I was going to write about the songs but there are just too many. I did not know which ones to choose, so I included a list below with all thetracks on the game.I'm sure this game will get a lot of hours of play time in our house.It's also great for parties and the upcoming holidays.If you have a Disney fan on your holiday gift list, you will scorebig points by wrapping up Just Dance Disney Party for them.
